Method
Cut a heart shape from felt - use a paper pattern fold a piece of paper in half and draw half a heart.Cut round.
Using the needle felting too push small bits of the felting tops into the felt to make a pattern
Use small bits of thread to make accents such as a stem of a flower or leaf
decorate with beads organza or a button
sew on a brooch bar at the back
